Working together

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 October 2026. These terms cover use of this website and the general basis for discussing VisionMatrix Tech services.

Website information and enquiries

This website describes business systems and related digital services in general terms. A service description is not a final project offer, technical guarantee or commitment to deliver a feature in every environment. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

What controls a project

A client-specific written proposal, accepted quotation or statement of work (“project scope”) controls the deliverables, quantities, responsibilities, assumptions, timeline, fees, payment milestones, support and exclusions for that project. If a proposed change affects the agreed scope, timing or fee, both sides should approve it in writing before the extra work begins.

Client-provided material and cooperation

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for logos, text, photographs, customer/product data, account access and other material you provide. You agree to supply accurate information, appoint an authorised contact and review items that require your approval. Delays in required content, access, decisions or approvals may affect the related timeline; VisionMatrix Tech remains responsible for delays caused by its own work.

Reviews, corrections and acceptance

Revision rounds, review windows and acceptance steps are defined in the project scope. Correcting a confirmed failure to deliver an agreed item is treated separately from a request for a new page, workflow, integration or materially different direction. New work requires written scope approval.

Third-party products and integrations

Domains, hosting, software platforms, CRM, messaging, advertising, analytics, APIs, payment services, booking systems and other third-party products remain subject to their owners’ terms, availability, licensing and charges. A mention of a platform or a proposed integration does not imply that VisionMatrix Tech is endorsed by, affiliated with or a partner of that provider. Integration depends on technical feasibility, access and the accepted scope.

Ownership and handover

You retain rights in your pre-existing business assets and supplied content. Rights to bespoke project deliverables, reusable components, general methods and third-party materials are governed by the accepted project scope and the applicable third-party licences. Handover, account access, documentation, training and any included support are as stated in that scope.

Data, review and outcomes

Each project should define the data and access needed for its purpose. The website descriptions do not promise that a solution will satisfy every regulatory, security or technical requirement without project-specific review. AI-generated or automated legal, financial, medical, contractual or other consequential material requires review by the qualified person responsible for its use.

Business results depend on factors outside a website or workflow, including demand, offer, competition, customer response and team adoption. We do not promise a fixed number of leads, sales, bookings, admissions, search positions, reviews or profit unless a specific written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Suspension, cancellation and refunds

Project suspension, cancellation and refund requests are handled under the accepted scope and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact and changes

Questions about these terms may be sent to contact@visionmatrixtech.com or raised by calling +91 99661 96013. We may update the website terms as the service or website changes. The latest update date appears above.

These terms are a plain-language website draft, not legal advice or a substitute for a reviewed client contract. Qualified Indian counsel should review the final contract terms before they are relied on for a project.
